Coach Booking Procedures.
Firm bookings for any monthly coach will open on the coach before it, and will be allocated on a basis of priorities:- First Priority will be given to members on one coach booking and paying for a seat for themselves on the next coach. The Booking Officer will take bookings at the front of the coach before departure on the return journey. Payment may be made by cash or cheque.
- As soon as First Priority bookings have been taken, vacant seats will be allocated from the earliest bookings on the waiting list. Provisional bookings may be made for coaches more than one month ahead and will be added to a waiting list in date order according to when the booking was made.
- Bookings for the next coach, if seats are available, and provisional bookings for future coaches can be made by post, telephone or email at any time.
- NON-MEMBERS may book any available seats from one week before the date of a coach.
- The Booking Officer will tell members when a seat has been allocated to them from a the Waiting List. If a seat allocated has not already been paid for, and when bookings are made by telephone, you must send your payment to the Booking Officer within one week to confirm the booking. If the Booking Officer does not receive your payment, your booking will be cancelled and the seat offered to another member. This applies to all bookings except free seats for Leaders
